Tombs Developments began trading in 2005 and is managed by Iain Tombs, who has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Iain has a wealth of knowledge in construction matters and all aspects of the property development process, having worked previously as a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Project Manager in private practice.

At Tombs Developments, we take great pride in our professional approach and quality of workmanship. This was recognised in one of our recently completed projects which received the coveted award of 'Best New Build' awarded by the Cheltenham Civic Society. The scheme was also nominated by Building Control at Cheltenham Borough Council, in the best small housing development category, for the LABC Building excellence Awards.

Tombs Developments has constructed a number of new build properties. These have been constructed to NHBC's strict standards allowing us to provide 10 year NHBC Buildmark Warranties for these homes.
